**Job Description**

As a Water Treatment Specialist - Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will enable you to handle a high volume of customer calls and emails, while also providing support to our sales team.

Responsibilities include:

* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
* Setting up deliveries and booking service calls
* Processing new contracts and creating customer accounts
* Printing and distributing service work orders and route tickets
* Promoting and up-selling products and services to customers
* Booking sales leads with the sales team

**Salary and Benefits**

**Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is a must, and intermediate computer knowledge is preferred.

We provide paid CSR training and paid Culligan training to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. We also offer direct career tracks, including office manager, sales representative, and management positions.

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
