Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanic to join our team at Standard Brass & Aluminum Foundry Ltd. As an Industrial Mechanic, you will be responsible for fabricating parts, performing routine maintenance work on machinery, and installing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabrication and Maintenance: Fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set-up, and perform routine maintenance work on machinery.
  • Equipment Installation: Install machinery and equipment, and read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.
  • Troubleshooting: Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions, and maintain equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to read and interpret technical documents.
