About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at Ladysmith Wholehealth Drugstore and more incorporated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accuracy and Record-Keeping: Ensure the accuracy of prescription information and maintain up-to-date records of prescriptions and medications.
  • Inventory Management: Compound, package, and label pharmaceutical products, as well as maintain inventories of medications and prescription records.
  • Administrative Support: Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and booking appointments.
  • Organizational Skills: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
