Job Summary

The Corporate Account Management Lead will report to the Vice President – Insurance/AgriStability/LPI and be responsible for managing, overseeing, and coordinating the work allocation and execution of activities for their Relationship Manager – Insurance (RMI) team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Coach and develop a team of Relationship Managers Insurance within the North region, ensuring high-quality client service.
  • Relationship Building: Effectively build formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization.
  • Activity Oversight: Use expertise to act as an organizational authority on planning, organizing, prioritizing, and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
  • Client Management: Use comprehensive knowledge and skills to act independently while guiding and training others on managing client accounts in a way that provides benefits for both the organization and its clients.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Agricultural background preferred; private insurance experience beneficial.
  • Qualifications: College Diploma with 8 years of related experience or University Degree with 6 years of related experience.
  • Equivalencies: Equivalencies of education or experience may be considered.
