Job Description

LAGRANGE PROVENCHER NOTAIRES INC. is seeking a skilled Legal Document Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for drafting contracts, preparing promissory notes, and drawing up wills, mortgages, and other legal documents. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems. You will also be responsible for establishing work priorities for court staff and preparing wills, real estate transactions, and other legal documents, court reports, and affidavits. If you have experience in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent written communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Criminal record check
  • Ability to work in a non-smoking, air-conditioned environment
Work Environment

You will be working in a legal firm environment, which requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will be responsible for maintaining filing systems, establishing work priorities for court staff, and preparing legal documents.
