Job Title: Occupational Therapist, Rehabilitation Services

Join our team of dedicated professionals at FunctionAbility Rehabilitation Services, one of Ontario's leading providers of multidisciplinary rehabilitation services. We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing expert assessment and treatment services to individuals with traumatic and acquired neurological injuries and severe orthopedic injuries.

About the Role:
  • Assess and treat individuals with various neurological, orthopedic disorders, mental health, and injuries.
  • Assist clients in establishing and meeting meaningful goals within their home and community setting.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on occupational analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • Liaise with community partners and rehab professionals to facilitate client goals and independence.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions and establishing personal networks.

Requirements:
  • University Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)
  • Valid Driver's Licence and access to a vehicle
  • Minimum of 1 year of general OT mental health experience
  • Completion of at least one of the following courses:
