Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Solutions Expert to join our team at Chandos. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our field workers and contributing to our company's commitment to safety excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site assessments to identify potential hazards and develop effective solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with sites to implement and maintain occupational health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to field workers on safety procedures and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive safety training programs for employees.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field, such as occupational health and safety or a related discipline.
  • National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) certification is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction safety, with a strong background in commercial and industrial settings.
  • Excellent knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, including OH&S and Chandos compliance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
