Job Title: LPN Ambulatory Care

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Staffy. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an ambulatory setting. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide safe and effective patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
  2. Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  4. Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with industry advancements.

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the appropriate LPN association.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Proven experience in leading unregulated care providers.
  • Immunization records, including Measles, Mumps, Rubella, TB, and a minimum of 2 approved doses of COVID vaccination.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency to use onsite documentation tools.
