Job Title: School Principal - Leadership and Education Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Principal to lead our educational team at Netivot HaTorah Day School. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative aspects of our school, ensuring that our students receive a high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate teachers and support staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Oversee the activities of teachers and support staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Revise programs based on academic performance levels, ensuring our students receive the best possible education.
  • Recruit and hire teachers and other staff, ensuring we have the right people in place to deliver our educational programs.
  • Direct or supervise the recruitment, training, evaluation, and promotion of teachers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Evaluate the scope and sequence of the curriculum, ensuring it meets our educational goals.
  • Co-ordinate teaching activities, ensuring our students receive a well-rounded education.
  • Organize and maintain procedures for the keeping of records, ensuring we are compliant with all relevant regulations.
  • Prepare and administer institution or program budget, ensuring we have the resources needed to deliver our educational programs.
  • Review programs to ensure conformance to school board or provincial standards, ensuring our students receive a high-quality education.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Education or a related field.
  • 5 years or more of experience in educational leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
