We are a forward-thinking culinary team at Immigrate, seeking a passionate Senior Culinary Specialist to join our ranks in Embrun-on. This role offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Job Responsibilities:
- Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook a wide variety of complete meals, individual dishes, and food items, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, regularly monitoring stock levels to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked and prepared for service.
- Kitchen Hygiene: Clean and sanitize the kitchen and work areas regularly, adhering to all health and safety regulations, and ensuring all kitchen equipment is properly maintained.
- Thai Cuisine Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of Thai cuisine to prepare authentic dishes, following traditional recipes and maintaining the cultural integrity of the food.
- Sauce Preparation: Prepare a variety of sauces to complement the dishes, ensuring they're made from high-quality ingredients and follow the restaurant's recipes.
- Allergy Management: Prepare dishes that cater to guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions, ensuring all meals are safe for consumption and free from cross-contamination.
- Recipe Adherence: Follow original Thai recipes, ensuring portion control and presentation specifications are met as set by the restaurant.
