About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at JIO CONSTRUCTION LTD. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials, equipment, and supplies from vehicles and storage areas.
  • Material Handling: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Site Preparation: Level earth to fine grade specifications and assist in demolishing buildings.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a physically demanding role that requires repetitive tasks and working in various locations. You must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials and equipment.
