About the Role

At Plenty of Fish, we're looking for a skilled Senior Product Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth through product and organic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies to attract new users and retain existing ones
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Use data to inform marketing decisions and optimize strategies for maximum impact
  • Establish a feedback loop to gather user insights and feed them back into product development and marketing strategies

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the consumer products industry
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable results and drive growth through product and organic marketing initiatives
  • Excellent leadership, influencing, and communication skills
  • Fluency with key business, product, and marketing analytics
