Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' unique needs and goals.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Provide one-on-one counseling and support to clients, focusing on skills development, coping strategies, and relapse prevention.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, service providers, and other stakeholders to enhance client outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments.
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as social work, counseling, or psychology.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in addictions or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of addiction theories, models, and interventions.
