Main tasks:
The Project Manager position requires developed leadership skills, as you will be the key link between all project stakeholders. Your technical skills and logical thinking will be put to use from the project design stage, coordinating and directing professional stakeholders, in accordance with our clients' needs and contractual obligations. The Project Manager can rely on the support and experience of a team, as Dutran is a team above all.
Under the supervision of the Construction Director and in collaboration with estimators, the Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and supervising all construction project stages;
- Issuing proposals and awarding subcontracting contracts;
- Administering project follow-up and cost control to ensure project profitability;
- Coordinating construction stages and scheduling;
- Maintaining close relationships with the site foreman to ensure proper work execution;
- Controlling the quality of the finished product in collaboration with professionals;
- Ensuring client satisfaction.
