Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at Rose International. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying complex software solutions using modern application frameworks and frontend JavaScript frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in project research and discovery, contributing to field research and user interviews
  • Lead technical discovery and deliver related artifacts such as diagrams and documentation
  • Provide solution design and development services related to detailed solution designs, feature completion, defect discovery and resolution, and code quality enhancements
  • Collaborate with frontend designers to deliver solutions aligned to a consistent look and feel
  • Advise and inform product owners on technical efforts and implementation options to facilitate frequent delivery
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience using source control, particularly Git, in collaborative software development
  • 5 years of experience with automated unit testing and integration testing
  • 5 years of experience working as a Full Stack Developer on complex software solutions in an agile team environment
  • Experience working on production applications using modern application frameworks and frontend JavaScript frameworks
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience incrementally transforming existing legacy systems into modern digital services across multiple releases
  • Experience with database technologies, including relational databases and alternatives
  • Experience with design patterns and their application and software architecture considerations
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience working with teams that also apply UX design, service design, design thinking, or human-centered design approaches
Technical Skills:
  • Frontend: Angular, React, Electron
  • Backend: C#,.Net Core, NestJS, Express, Python (Django)
  • Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, CosmosDB
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, OpenShift
  • Authentication: Keycloak, Azure AD, OpenIDConnect, SAML, JWT
  • DevOps: GitHub, GitLab, Nx, Terraform, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
  • Testing: Cypress, Jest, Artillery, BrowserStack, OWASP Zap
