We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at LIONSGATE CONCIERGE SECURITY. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security personnel and ensuring the safety and security of our clients and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise the activities of security personnel, including scheduling and training.
- Ensure the smooth operation of security equipment and systems.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and guests.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure experience for clients and guests.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Security Guard License.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our clients and guests.
