About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Dhesi Meat Shop Ltd. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing standard cuts of meat for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Meat Preparation**: Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting, and cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat.
  • **Packaging and Presentation**: Wrap and package prepared meats to ensure they are presented in a clean and attractive manner.
  • **Meat Handling**: Remove bones from meat, weigh meats for sale, and grind meats as required.
  • **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all meats are prepared to a high standard and presented in a clean and attractive manner.
Work Environment

As a Meat Cutter at Dhesi Meat Shop Ltd., you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet customer demands.

Requirements
  • **Education**: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • **Experience**: Will train.
