About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Childcare Provider to join our team at MM. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Childcare and Education: Develop and implement engaging and educational activities to promote the cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Household Management: Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Transportation and Errands: Safely transport children to and from school, appointments, and other activities.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with parents and other caregivers to ensure seamless communication and a unified approach to childcare.
  • Emotional Support: Provide emotional support and guidance to children, helping them to develop self-esteem and confidence.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Willingness to learn and train in childcare and household management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Personal Qualities: Patience, reliability, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support to children.
