About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Goderich Sunset Golf Club. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and improve our marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with our product development team to ensure our marketing strategies align with our product offerings.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
  • Lead our marketing team and provide guidance on marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned with our sales goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
