Truck Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Operations Manager to join our team at DGUR EXPRESS INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our trucking operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate the activities of our trucking operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare and Analyze reports on production and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
- Ensure Health and Safety regulations are followed at all times, maintaining a safe working environment for our employees and the public.
- Recommend Personnel Actions to management, ensuring that our team is equipped to meet the demands of our operations.
- Coordinate Repairs and Rentals of equipment and vehicles, minimizing downtime and ensuring that our fleet is always operational.
- Requisition or Order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, maintaining a well-stocked inventory.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
- Industry Experience: Trucking industry experience preferred.
- Security and Safety: Bondable and able to work under pressure.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
