About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trial Specialist to join our team at Syneos Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing quality support to our clients and ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quality support to clients and ensure the successful execution of clinical trials.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and escalating any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including ICH GCP.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and training.
  • Good understanding of clinical trial process across Phases II-IV and ICH GCP.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to take direction from multiple individuals and set priorities accordingly.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to rapidly changing environment and learn/perform new functions.
