Job Summary

Budget Brake & Muffler Auto Centres is seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, including brake and muffler systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications
  • Estimate parts and labour cost to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Requirements
  • Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
