About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care to clients, prioritizing their emotional, physical, and safety needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on health management and disease prevention
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry advancements
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and current registration with the provincial licensing body
  • Valid CPR certification
  • At least two years of recent experience in a community setting; new grads may be considered for hire on an individual basis
  • Reliable mode of transportation or valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for commuting
  • Clear police criminal record and ability to obtain Vulnerable Sector Screening if required
