About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Elementary Education Professional to join our team at Koinonia Christian Education Society as a Principal. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the elementary school division, ensuring a high-quality educational experience for students
  • Develop and implement educational policies and programs aligned with our Christian values and mission
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote a positive and inclusive school culture
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of school funds
  • Communicate effectively with parents, students, and the broader community to build strong relationships and promote school spirit
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Education or a related field
  • Proven experience as a school principal or in a leadership role in education
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on student-centered education
