Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure project completion.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • High school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a noisy environment.
  • Ability to work in a construction setting.
  • Organized and team player with excellent communication skills.
Work Environment

Our company offers a hybrid work environment with a 40-hour workweek. The language of work is English, and the duration of employment is permanent.
