This position requires a highly skilled Rotating Equipment Engineer to join our team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to the operation team, analyzing the performance of rotating equipment, and implementing best-in-class solutions to improve equipment performance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to the operation team during the entire lifecycle of the rotating equipment.
- Troubleshoot rotating equipment failures and performance issues.
- Utilize knowledge of international standards to improve equipment performance.
- Implement best-in-class solutions for rotating equipment as per international standards and company policies.
- Lead efficiency improvement initiatives and upgrade programs for rotating equipment.
- Provide technical solutions for machine failures, utilizing sound maintenance strategies to analyze, address, and rectify root causes.
- Propose changes in operating modes or technological improvements to support the company's vision of continuous improvement.
- The successful candidate must be willing to relocate permanently to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
- A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized program is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in NGL/LPG process units, with at least 10 years of experience in handling gas processing and NGL Fractionation.
- Exposure to different licensed technologies for gas processing and NGL Fractionation is a plus, as well as familiarity with Honeywell UOP and Shell licensed units.
- Certified PHA/HAZOP leader.
- Ability to carry out process simulation using Aspen software package.
