Job Title: Rail Park Attendant

Join our team as a Rail Park Attendant and contribute to the success of our resort's terrain park operations. As a key member of our mountain operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and enjoyable experience of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily maintenance tasks to ensure the terrain park features are safe and in good working condition.
  • Inspect features to identify any potential hazards and take corrective action as needed.
  • Work with other departments to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily maintenance activities and report any issues to management.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and tearing down features.
  • Provide guidance and support to guests on terrain park features and operations.
Requirements:
  • Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance or Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors certification - an asset.
  • Freestyle certification - an asset
  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions, physically capable.
  • Dynamic, motivated, enthusiastic professionals with strong customer service skills.
  • Punctual and reliable a must.
  • Previous experience in a customer service, maintenance, construction, or related role.
  • Hold a valid class 5 license with a clear driver's abstract.
  • Must be physically able to stand and turn, lift up to 30 pounds.
