Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Financial and Communications to join our team at NovaXpress Courier Services. This is a senior leadership role that requires a strong background in financial management, communications, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead the development and execution of communications plans to enhance the company's reputation and brand
  • Oversee the administration of financial and human resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and personnel management
  • Represent the company in negotiations and official functions, and establish relationships with key stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, and approve promotional campaigns and human resources planning
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or finance
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a strong background in financial management and communications
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of over 20 people
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business results
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
