About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Mezbaan Indian Bistro. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
  • Washing and Polishing: Wash and polish all dishes, glasses, and utensils to a high standard.
  • Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks as needed.
  • Trash and Recycling: Remove trash and recyclables from the kitchen and dispose of them properly.
  • General Cleaning: Clean and maintain the kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
