About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Testing and Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Likhari Consulting Inc. as a key member of our software development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems, process control software, and other embedded software control systems.
  • Develop and implement software testing strategies and plans to ensure high-quality software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and quality assurance, to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of software applications.
  • Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on testing methodologies and tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
