Job Title: Soccer Team Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced soccer coach to join our team at International FC. As a soccer team manager, you will be responsible for leading our team to success by developing and implementing training and practice sessions, motivating and preparing athletes for competitive events, and analyzing and evaluating team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement training and practice sessions

* Participate in coaching clinic instruction
* Present materials at conferences or symposia

Tasks: Carry out management duties, coordinate competitive programs, develop well-planned competitive schedules and programs, plan, develop, and implement training and practice sessions, motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games, participate in coaching clinic instruction, analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance, observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance, present materials at conferences or symposia

Certificates, Licenses, Memberships, and Courses: Level 5 Certificate in Coaching

Security and Safety: Criminal record check

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: 20/20 vision, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, standing for extended periods

Personal Suitability: Leadership, accurate, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, interpersonal awareness, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, values and ethics
