About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist to join our team in the Industrial Cyber Security Division of AtkinsRéalis, Canada. As a Cyber Security Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing security and risk oversight in the specialized field of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and critical infrastructure.

The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of both French and English languages, as well as a strong understanding of cyber security frameworks and IT/OT systems. You will be responsible for providing critical security and risk oversight, analyzing digital infrastructures, and proposing resilient solutions, processes, and systems for the protection of people and critical infrastructure.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide cyber security for Industrial Control Systems and organizations to improve cyber resilience of critical infrastructure.
  • Plan cyber security activities and apply a risk-based approach in all phases of the project: feasibility, design, test & commissioning, and into operation of the project.
  • Perform gap assessments and threat & vulnerability assessments as per industry standards by identifying critical assets and engaging associated stakeholders.
  • Respond to information security issues during each stage of a project's lifecycle.
  • Define cyber security requirements to the suppliers and engage in the procurement activities.
  • Lead and execute security remediation on projects.
  • Deliver project inputs to meet overall project timelines and requirements.
