Key responsibilities include shrink management, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of seasonal stores. This position requires a minimum age of 21 and a flexible schedule. Physical demands involve standing/walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is mandatory.
About the Position
- Oversight of store operations to achieve maximum sales and profitability
- Establishment and maintenance of guest services and expense control
- Responsibility for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of seasonal stores
