We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM ECC Functional Expert to join our team at Workplace HCM Inc. This is a long-term opportunity for individuals who excel in implementing solutions in SAP HCM ECC.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 10+ years of consulting experience with a strong background in implementing solutions in SAP HCM ECC, specifically in HR/Payroll/Benefits currently on EHP 8.0 environment.
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related IT Discipline; or equivalent experience.
- 8-10+ years of experience implementing solutions in SAP HCM ECC (HR/Payroll/Benefits) currently on EHP 8.0 environment.
- Background of 2-3 implementations/rollouts/upgrades.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Benefits including configuration of Benefit Plans (Health, Insurance, Savings, Flexible Spending, and Miscellaneous). Additionally, they should have strong working experience/knowledge of PA, OM, and Payroll integration with at least 2-3 full life cycle implementations.
Requirements- Superior communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.
- Experience facilitating technical assessment workshops.
