Wallcovering Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Wallcovering Specialist to join our team at SINGH'S CONSTRUCTION LTD. This is a permanent position, offering 30 to 35 hours of work per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cleaning and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, mixing paint to the desired colour and texture, measuring, cutting and applying wallpaper and other fabric to walls, advising consumers on colours and choice of wall coverings, erecting scaffolding and swing stages and attaching rigging, and applying paint, wallpaper and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and less than 7 months of experience in the field.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. The job also requires the ability to work outdoors, at heights, in confined spaces and with odours, as well as attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and physical demanding tasks.
