Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Patrol Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Mobile Patrol Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for client property by undertaking patrols and monitoring premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and report any problems that may impact our service delivery
  • Document incidents through accurate reporting procedures
  • Complete site investigations following alarm responses
  • Support static security officers in assigned areas as needed
  • Perform regular foot and vehicle patrols
  • Open and close client premises
  • Respond professionally to requests from the Mobile Manager and Field Managers
  • Maintain a professional image by demonstrating strong deportment and officer presence
  • Maintain clean fleet vehicles and ensure cars do not run low on fuel
  • Monitor property and events as per client instructions
  • Attend scheduled Mobile Meetings as required
  • Perform other duties as required and/or requested
  • Constantly use the Track Tik tour confirmation system during every shift
  • Key Inventory Patrol specific areas via Paladin Patrol vehicle, responding promptly to calls for assistance, escorts
Requirements
  • Must possess a valid security license
  • Must possess a valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract for the last three years
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer literate and able to assimilate knowledge of site systems
  • Able to work independently and display objectivity and sound judgment
  • Dependable and professional in all job functions
  • Physically able to walk 18-20 km/day
  • Ability to write comprehensive reports and maintain routine logs
  • Ability to make immediate decisions, while maintaining composure, in emergency response situations with minimal supervision
  • Mature and positive attitude with a high level of professionalism
Education and Certification
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3 Year Driver Record
  • Valid Class 5 License
  • Valid Security License
