Your Responsibilities:
* Greet clients and answer their questions in a professional and courteous manner.
* Help clients use our banking applications and ABMs efficiently.
* Listen to clients' needs and resolve complex situations effectively.
* Provide advice and offer transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients.
* Build lasting business relationships with clients by demonstrating your ability to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Ensure client satisfaction and engagement by providing excellent customer service.
* Refer clients to specialist colleagues for their specific needs.
* Adhere to compliance and risk management rules to ensure a secure and trustworthy environment for clients.

About the Team
The branch is open one evening per week, offering flexible scheduling options for team members. The position reports to the Customer Service Branch Manager or the Branch Manager. You will work with a team of experts specializing in investment, credit, mortgage financing, and more. Our team values passionate people and bold ideas, working together to help clients reach their goals and colleagues achieve their aspirations.
