We are seeking a skilled Agriculture Equipment Specialist to join our team at Brandt, a leading provider of agricultural solutions. As a Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance of our customers' agricultural equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with agricultural equipment, including tractors, hay tools, and other implements.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as fluid changes and filter replacements, to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and recommend preventative measures.
  • Recondition pre-owned equipment to meet high standards.
  • Accurately document work orders and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Heavy Equipment Technician or Agriculture Equipment Technician certification is an asset.
  • Previous experience in field or road tech roles is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills and a passion for problem-solving are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Desire to continuously learn and adapt to new equipment technologies.
