Job Description
The Senior Architect, Cloud & Infrastructure will be responsible for establishing a clear vision and strategic direction for Cloud & Infrastructure at Aritzia. This includes identifying and delivering innovative cloud solutions that meet business needs, developing designs and roadmaps for current and future deployments, and collaborating with Technology, Cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to develop an architecture vision and strategy that is aligned with Aritzia's objective. The ideal candidate will have proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in cloud computing, infrastructure-as-code, continuous integration tools, and scripting languages. They should also have experience architecting and migrating to Cloud Platforms, designing and solutioning hybrid network infrastructure, and effective communication skills to articulate complicated cloud concepts to Technology and business partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The Senior Architect, Cloud & Infrastructure has the following qualifications:
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect; Azure Solutions Architect Expert; Google Certified Professional - Cloud Architect preferred
  • Experience architecting and migrating to Cloud Platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services)
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code and continuous integration tools (e.g., Terraform, GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, Azure DevOps Pipelines)
  • Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash, Ruby, Go, etc.)
  • Experience designing and solutioning hybrid network infrastructure to enable a distributed and secure global presence
