Physiotherapy Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapy Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team at pt Health. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our Physiotherapists in delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Physiotherapists with client care, including the use of ultrasound equipment and exercise programs.
  • Perform administrative duties as required, ensuring seamless communication and coordination within the team.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to set and achieve functional goals, promoting independence and empowerment.
  • Collect and analyze outcome measure data to inform treatment plans and improve patient outcomes.
  • Maintain and clean/sterilize medical equipment, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for patients.
  • Conduct inventory of clinical supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
Requirements:
  • Patient-focused and compassionate, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience working within a clinic setting, with a strong understanding of patient care principles.
  • PTA diploma or Kinesiology degree preferred, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
