We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeping Financial Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities
  • Cash Handling and Record Keeping: You will calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, maintain general ledgers and financial statements, and reconcile accounts.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports, including tax returns and trial balances.
  • Accounting Tasks: Post journal entries, calculate fixed assets and depreciation, and maintain various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
Requirements
  • Education: College or equivalent non-university certificate/diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: At least 1 year but less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
