About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Staff Training: Train kitchen staff and helpers in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure. You must be able to work in a team environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
