Job DescriptionOur client, a well-established and growing business in Calgary, is seeking a General Manager of Operations to oversee and optimize their concrete production, logistics, and broader construction operations.
The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of industry experience in concrete production, and/or relevant construction operations, and a proven track record of leadership and managing multiple divisions or departments.
The General Manager of Operations will be responsible for collaborating directly with the CEO/President to execute strategic goals, overseeing fleet management, quality control, and ready-mix operations, and ensuring quality control standards are met for concrete production and related processes.
The successful candidate will also be required to drive collaboration across divisions and stakeholders to optimize workflows and meet project deadlines, foster innovation and continuous improvement in processes and operations, and build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Skill Requirements:
