Voyago is seeking a highly skilled Driver Trainer to join our team in the Niagara Region Transit Location.

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to train and teach employees how to drive Company-owned vehicles in a safe and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough driving assessments to ensure employees meet company standards
• Provide approved training programs as required by the transit division manager
• Facilitate new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement training programs

Requirements

• Valid G-class driver's license
• Clean driving record and Criminal Record Search with Vulnerable Sector Screening
• Excellent customer service experience
• Strong teaching and instructional background
• Superior organization and communication skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
