FT Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FT Supervisor to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service and department operations
• Order merchandise and ensure timely receipt and processing of shipments
• Monitor and maintain site cleanliness and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Provide information and assistance to customers, promoting sales and meeting customer needs
• Oversee all aspects of the department, including receiving and unloading freight
• Support the training process of new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Serve It Right Saskatchewan Certificate or be willing to obtain one
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues and the public
• Desire to learn and perform duties with minimal supervision after training
• Energetic and upbeat nature
• Must be bondable and able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
