Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in inspecting, testing, and adjusting electronic components
  • Calibrate electronic equipment and instruments
  • Conduct or supervise the installation, commissioning, and operation of electrical and electronic equipment and systems
  • Set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test, and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies, and systems
  • Complete work orders, test, and maintenance reports
  • Adjust, align, replace, or repair electronic equipment and assemblies
  • Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies
  • Diagnose and locate circuit, component, and equipment faults
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colors
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and handling heavy loads
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly
