Job Description:

SERVICEMASTER RESTORE IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING EXCELLENT SERVICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS. WE'RE LOOKING FOR A SKILLED AND DEDICATED SENIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR TO JOIN OUR TEAM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of projects, including obtaining quotes from sub-trades, budgets, and final repair estimates.
  • Work closely with in-house technicians and external sub-trades to ensure project restoration is executed efficiently while maintaining integrity of estimate and Client Service Level Agreements.
  • Coordinate the daily activities of all project staff, construction trades, and sub-contractors, utilizing corrective action steps to keep the project on time and within target gross margin.
  • Assist in resolving change requests, unforeseen incidents, additional work, and other issues.
  • Ongoing monitoring of progress and costs on jobs, providing regular progress reporting to clients.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; completion of a Construction, Building Technology Diploma or Engineering Degree preferred.
  • Minimum three years of work experience in insurance restoration and/or construction estimating/project management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft computer software, email, Xactimate, Xactanalysis, and Office Equipment.

Working Conditions:

  • The majority of time will be split between site and office environments.
  • The position can occasionally expect to handle tools and heavy equipment.
  • Working outside of normal hours might be occasionally required to deal with emergencies and/or work on-call shifts.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
