Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join our team at BC Children's Hospital. As a key member of our Department of Pediatric Anesthesia, you will be responsible for providing clinical anesthesia services to our young patients and contributing to the academic excellence of our group.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical anesthesia services to pediatric patients
  • Participate in the activities of the acute pain service
  • Contribute to quality improvement, education, research, and faculty development
  • Be an active participant in our Clinical and Research Fellowship Program

Requirements:

  • Medical degree and eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia
  • Recognized anesthesia training by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in British Columbia
  • Subspecialty training in pediatric anesthesia

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest and training in pediatric pain medicine
  • Formal experience or training in clinical research
  • Formal experience or training in quality improvement
