Overview

The Mason Group Inc is a dynamic company that requires a skilled Senior Accountant to manage its financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reviews, variance analysis, and year-end audits for corporate entities.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  1. Preparation of financial statements under ASPE for different legal entities
  2. Coordination of year-end audits and working papers
  3. Management of the General Ledger
  4. Establishment of standardized reporting, policies, and procedures

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a University degree or College degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA designation, and 3+ years' experience with financial statement preparation, full disclosure reporting, and consolidation. You should also have strong system skills, including Newstar and Yardi, as well as Excel skills. A proven track record of financial analytical skills and great interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
