About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at JENVIC SERVICES LTD. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities
    • Direct and manage a team of cleaners to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services
    • Coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks to meet the needs of our clients
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
    • Identify and address any maintenance or repair issues
  • Recommend and Arrange Additional Services
    • Assess client needs and recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, or renovations
    • Coordinate with external contractors to deliver these services
